Data Retention Policy

Purpose

This policy outlines how long Find Grow and Keep retains user data and the processes for securely deleting it.

Retention Periods

1. Active Accounts: User data will be retained as long as the account remains active.
2. Inactive Accounts: If an account is inactive for 24 months, we will contact you. If no response is received within 30 days, the account and its data may be permanently deleted.
3. Legal Obligations: Certain data may be retained to comply with Australian law or resolve disputes.

Secure Deletion

• Personal Information: Deleted permanently from active databases after retention periods expire.
• Backup Systems: Data in backups is retained for up to 12 months before being purged.

User Requests

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting FGK support. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
